What are the next steps? A member of the TLB team will proceed to onboard you by sending you a welcome email and our invoice.
What else do you need from me? Depending on the type of service we are providing you with, you may need to book a discovery call with us and / or complete a questionnaire so that we can gather the information we need from you in order to provide you with our support.
How long does it take? Once we have all the information we need from you and our invoice is settled, we will proceed with the work. If we are drafting legal documents for you, you will receive a first draft within 5-7 working days.
Do you charge for changes? No. All iterations are made free of charge as long as they are changes to the existing scope. If you would like us to include anything that we didn’t know about from the outset, this will be chargeable.
What if I’m not happy with the service? Please let us know and we will do everything we can to make sure we rectify the matter immediately. Customer satisfaction is at the core of our business. If you’re not happy, we’re not either.
